The Floral Dance - Terry Wogan - Beatone Print 2020

For whatever reason this song has always stuck with me - Wogan on Top of the Pops was something to behold, especially this suit.

"The Floral Dance" is an English song describing the annual Furry Dance in Helston, Cornwall.

The music and lyric were written in 1911 by Kate Emily Barkley ("Katie") Moss (1881-1947) who was a professional violinist, pianist and concert singer. She was brought up in London and studied at the Royal Academy of Music.

This year, 2020, I have altered the style to evoke a more 60’s album, Pelican book or movie poster feel.
